Please try again later.Yes you can, use geek squad protection they have to give a new one and then apply a new geek squad protection to the new controller now you have a brand new controller just for the price of geek protection also the 2 years get add on so basically every time your controller breaks in 2 year mark you get a new one for a fix price of geek squad protection. And there more if there a new elite 3 you can bring in your elite 2 exchange it for elite 3 under the geek squad protection. You only pay sticker price ones. GAME ON GAMERS.
