No! you have to buy that separately sadly :/ but its a great investment because you can always charge it for free vs having double a batteries you have to keep buying them and when your controller dies during a game, its like reloading a double barreled shotgun versus this one where you can just plug it in like a normal person

no. i recommend the insignia. it gives me about 15 hours between charges
