Is this keyboard compatible with the iPad Air? null

Not sure about iPad Air, but it works with iPad 3.

I am 99% certain it will. I use it all the time with my iPad Air 2 and have used it with my wife's older iPad. As long as your Bluetooth is working, you should have no problem. By the way, the iPad sits nicely in the keyboard's groove for easy viewing and typing. I definitely have grown tired of the touchscreen, especially for longer typing times. I highly recommend, and if you don't like it, or it doesn't work for you, Best Buy will always take it back for refund or exchange within 14 days. That is my experience.
