how to stop auto renewal null

an invalid CC number (expired number for example) on file at MS solves that auto-renewal real quick like.

You go into your MS account and cancel the auto subscription there, but if I remember, you cancel just before the auto-renewal takes place. If you don't you'll get charged for auto-renewal. Secondly, if you cancel too early, those devices/individuals' Office 365 will no longer be able to function. You can look at previous documents, but can't initiate a new document nor change (?) a document you've already made.
