“Since I've been using Outlook 2010 for 12 years + years and have thousands of emails and contacts in Outlook, will I lose this info by upgrading to Office 2021 Outlook?”

Thanks to Alexander, my Geek Squad technician, EVERYTHING was saved and carried over. Working alone, I would have lost my email world.
