- Answer MS Access is only available in the "Office 2019 Professional" edition, which it seems Best Buy does not carry.

- Answer No, you will need to buy a copy of Office Home and Student 2019 for each device you want to have it installed on. A Microsoft 365 Personal subscription will allow you to install Office on all your devices.
