You can transfer it, but you can only have it on one device at a time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You'll need to call Microsoft and honestly it's up to the customer service rep if he/she lets you transfer. I was told at first that I was not allowed to use the same code on a different computer but he gave me a new code after I explained and promised to register it under the same account and name, for me to activate the software on a new computer. I believe the original code was void though.
