“I just bought this software for my Mac computer. MAC OS Ventura Version 13 I tried to download it and says it is not compatible with MAC. Did I buy the wrong thing? Help!!”

I had the same problem. I had to go back to Microsoft and download the software again. What I bought didn't have a Mac option, even though it said Mac compatible. When I went back to Microsoft, there I could download the Mac version and it works fine. I've known others that had the same problem. Very frustrating, but you can go back and download the Mac version.

What RonM said. Don't call Best Buy for help. They wanted $40 and remote access to my account. Instead, I went to my Microsoft account and downloaded the Mac version.

My experience was that although I made repeated attempts to load, unload, talk to the Geek Squad, talk to Microsoft tech support, etc. I still cannot convert documents written on Pages to Word and properly run the spelling and grammar checks without having the word in question being incorrectly identified as either French, German or some other foreign language, despite repeated attempts by the Geek Squad and MS tech support to specify the language as English. Microsoft did not offer any additional download that worked.
