I have had that issue but you can go into the Cbox menu and verify that the battery is charging
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have two charging cables and two controllers. My grey one that was bundled with my system doesn’t trigger the light on either cable, but still charges up fine. However, my black controller that I bought separately, triggers the cable light on both of those same two cables. From what I gather, it seems like it’s down to the controller to make the cable light up. Perhaps new hardware in recently produced controllers triggers the light.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes, mine does the same thing as it vibrates and doesn’t light up, it still is charging however. if you want the light on though just unplug the usb port and reenter it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, In my review I commented that the light worked for about 2-3 weeks and has stopped. I'm contacting Best Buy and/or Microsoft to get a replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you could try contacting microsoft or best buy for a replacement. if it still charges just fine then I guess it's okay but the light is supposed to give you indication of when it's done charging
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes sometimes the light doesn't work right, but it is still charging your battery.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No i haven’t the only problem i’ve ever had was that the end of the cable seems to be easily broken
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don’t charge and play...if the light doesn’t come on ...take off the battery cover and play with the battery placement...it will come on...if not trouble shoot with another controller...if they don’t work then one or the other is broken...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When the controller is low on charge the light is orange..when its done the light is white if it doeant light up you may have been the lucky recipient of a defective one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems to take up to 5 seconds for the light to show (begin charging.) Then it works as intended.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
