• It should fit since it is a Microsoft product. Mine fit just fine. You may have installed the battery the wrong way around. These batteries are not designed to be used with charging stations so there is no window in the controller door. This battery needs to be charged with the included cable by plugging it into your Xbox or to a wall charger.
