Yes it is compatible. I only used on a Microsoft computer however packaging states it is universal

Please try again later."Fully compatible" to me would mean that all of the buttons on the mouse, like the back button and the forward button on the left side work as expected. The answer in that case is no. Microsoft has not released a driver for macOS for this mouse, which is why those buttons do not function as expected. Instead, when clicking those buttons it will behave like clicking on the scroll wheel and enable mouse movement to scroll the page. However, this mouse -- and pretty much any mouse out there -- will work with the basic functionality of left clicking, right clicking, movement, and the scroll wheel.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, It will only work through Bluetooth 4.1 or higher if it doesn't, it'll only work through cable. Also, the side buttons wont work for Mac OS either.
