Customers praise the Surface Precision Bluetooth Optical Mouse for its ease of use, excellent battery life, and precise tracking. Many appreciate the comfortable design, smooth scroll wheel, and the option to customize button functions. However, some find the mouse a bit large and the price point high. The Bluetooth connectivity and overall feel of the mouse also receive positive feedback.

This mouse is larger than what I was used to, but it's very comfortable when you're on the computer for hours. No fatigue. Provides a comfortable rest for your hand. It's nice too, that you can program it for up to 3 computers. So I can easily switch back and forth between my laptops. The only thing I would say is it seemed to have a little "drag". But I use a smoother mousepad and that helped. I would maybe rate it 4 1/2 stars because of the drag, but it is so comfortable, I gave it 5 stars. Would recommend.

Great battery life and connecting it to my PC was super easy, personalizing the side buttons is a big plus.
However, considering the high price tag I was expecting more from this product. It is not as precise as its name, at least not with my laptop.

I purchased this mouse to use with a Surface Laptop Studio. This mouse can be linked to three different computers. I have it linked to two computers. My personal computer is used for photo editing, office programs, email, and web surfing. My work computer is used for Autocad. This mouse works great with Autocad. When the battery dies, just plug it in with the USB cord and it charges while you continue to work. Battery life is great if you turn it off when not in use. I have been using it for 30 days on the initial charge.

Great mouse so far. It's very comfortable in the hand and it has tracked on some pretty difficult surfaces without any problems so far. The programmable side buttons are nice, and the mouse scroll toggle button is helpful for different use cases (games vs. web-scrolling). So far the battery is pretty decent. Only down about 5% in ~2 weeks from a full charge. Would have preferred USB-C but that isn't a deal breaker. Only legitimate problem is the same I had with the Surface keyboard. Default functionality (maybe from Windows itself?) does not allow the Bluetooth keyboard/mouse to wake your system from sleep. This can be changed in device manager on the Bluetooth controller but you'd think there'd be a device exception on the Bluetooth radio for mice/keyboards.

If I could I would give 4.5 stars
Pros: Really comfortable to hold and the side is soft material. Fits nicely with my hand. The three buttons does look small but you don't need worry about the size in the daily use. Very easy to distinguish every button.
Cons: The cursor is shaky but not sure is the mouse, -I'm using a Surface Book 2 2018- I have tried 3 different brands -all premium models- is the same. I compare it to Mac computers, and the difference is noticeable.

Needed a mouse that is more accurate and less temperamental than the Microsoft Arc Mouse. I bought it for using in the office only so it's just right. It's held the charge for a week of heavy use - 4-8 hours a day. Set up was simple and quick. Very comfortable fit for my hand. Had it for a week and very happy.
This is great for the office, but too big for good portability.

I have enjoyed this mouse so much that I bought another one for my wife to use. I use this mouse for work and it feels great in my hand all day (I am a right-handed, so I imagine this would not be great for anyone that is left-handed).
One downside: there are no macOS (aka OS X) drivers for this mouse, so the extra buttons do nothing when using it on a Mac.

You can save it to multiple devices supporting Bluetooth and the charge lasts quite a while (can really comment as I usually plug it in after a day of classes). The device is very comfortable and has a nice texture.

Please do know that this is an extra large mouse. If you have small hands this is not the mouse for you. It will take some use to if you are moving from small or medium sized mouse.
When it comes to performance - Fantastic mouse. The connection to the bluetooth was was super fast and cursor movement on the screen is top class. The mouse comes with 70% of the battery left. Not sure why it was not 100% when the battery was never used and sticker was still in the battery slot for me to pull and start the mouse. Highly recommend this mouse along with surface keyboard. Microsoft has a knack of producing top class mice and this one is no exception.

A Little Expensive but I Love This Mouse!

It was a little expensive at about $100 (I think that is a lot for a mouse, some might not), but I can't say I don't really love this mouse. The thumb rest and the thumb buttons are awesome but take some time to get used to. Love the scroll wheel and so far the battery hasn't needed another charge at all. It's been months!

I am used to gaming mice but bought this for use with my Work Book 2. it is a great mouse, scroll, multiple buttons, can connect via blue tooth to 3 different computers.
feels good in the hand.
it is a little odd to charge, when I went to plug the cord in to the front I thought it was a bit too snug. squeeze the plug - cant remember if top to bottom or left to right and that helps to pop right in.
I did want a black one as I can just see grease stains, palm prints, etc. building up. bestbuy did not have a black one when I went to purchase.
all in all a great mouse, and has more functions then I need.

The mouse is easy to use across Microsoft products; a bit harder with older IOS ones. For a mouse, it seems a bit over priced, but it's smooth and by far the most comfortable.

I purchased this optical mouse to use with my Samsung laptop. It connects seamlessly with the laptop and I have not experienced any issues. When I first received the mouse I was alittle disappointed that it wasn't battery operated, over time the mouse has lasted at least 2 weeks with moderate use ( at least 12 hours daily) on one charge.
