It has a slight tilt to help with carpal tunnel issues. Not as much as my verticle MX mouse, but some people think that is a bit extreme. This might suit most people better. The wheel is.....different. It's metal and heavy so it has a nice spin, but it's a completely free spinning. Not ratcheted feel. Not that i's bad, it's just different and might take some getting used to. I really do enjoy using this mouse as do a number of my employees.

While I did not mind that previous mouse, this one's curvature and overall shape works better for me. Plus it pairs great with Microsoft's Surface Ergonomic Keyboard!

It is VERY well built and perfectly designed for your hand. Bluetooth is strong and doesn't drop. Windows see the mouse instantly for ease of connection. I would recommend for those who do a lot of work on computers.

It is easy to setup luckily because I am not a tech person. It has a lot of bells and whistles which I am still learning. I recommend this mouse especially if you have a Surface.

Bluetooth in the old days was not worth the purchase. This has flawless dependability.

Great mouse for macro and keyboard shortcuts.
