• Its a USB-A to USB-c designed for power delivery. USB 2.0.

• It is not a USB 3.1 cable. I'm not exactly sure why you would be using this cable to transfer data. It is a charging cable for your controller battery, not a data transfer cable. Controller firmware updates are done wirelessly.
