It does come with paddles (4) but, this does not have a charging case. The 1st gen series (these) have a detable back for 2 AA batteries. You can connect them to a PC via a micro USB cable. To use them Bluetooth to a PC, you will need the xbox pc dongle since these do not have a dedicated Bluetooth feature. To be clear, they do have Bluetooth but it seems they cannot connect to a PC via BT.
