“Can this keyboard work with a macbook pro?”

• I bought this for use with a MacBook Pro. It worked well for a few days, but then started having intermittent dropouts in keystrokes. Unplugging and replugging in the usb dongle helped for like 10-15 minutes at a time, but no matter what port it plugged into it had issues. The issues didn't see as noticeable or to happen often when used with my windows desktop, but it still did happen. Maybe my unit was defective, or maybe this is just a bad keyboard.

• Sounds messy to me, I wouldn't do it. But others have. You have to download Karabiner. See comments in http://chrissvec.com/configuring-microsoft-sculpt-keyboard-for-mac/
