“HI, I have this keyboard but the number pad is sporadic I think due to the wireless connectivity. It doesn't consistently get the numbers so it's really not working well. Are there other options to that one part of this, even if it's wired.”

I find that it matters what is on my desk in between the transponder and the keypad or mouse. I sometimes have to move things out of the way. Also, when the battery started to loser power it was like that. I replaced the battery and it was fine.
