Questionfor some reason the keyboard will stop working unless I mess with the batteries, then it will work for a few minutes, then i will have to toggle the batteries around, i have replaced the batteries and it still acts up. is there a fix?

- Answer I had the same problem a couple of times with this set and figured out the perfect fix. Buy a different product because they don't care.

QuestionSo i only have the number pad and the small USB plug in thing. I DO NOT have the full size keyboard or the mouse. Is it possible to use just the numeric keyboard with the plug in adapter without the keyboard or mouse? I am not having much luck? Thanks!

QuestionI have the L5V-00001 split keyboard. Why does my spacebar only work occasionally? I am finding I have to use the right side space bar to leave a space when I try typing. it is not natural for me. I have always used my left thumb. Is there a trick?

- Answer No, it requires the proprietary dongle. If the dongle is lost or broken, the keyboard can no longer be used as it cannot be paired to a new dongle.

QuestionThere are 4 small, circular black pads (that are smaller than a dime) that stick on the back, as footers, in each of the corners. Where can I get another one? 1 of the 4 fell off so the keyboard is slightly off-kilter now.

- Answer You most likely won't be able to find any exact match, but you can get 3/8" replacement rubber bumper feet at just about any big box store or online. You would most likely need to replace all 4 to get it to sit flat again.

QuestionMy microsoft sculpt keyboard is producing ghost keys especially the key ]. What that means is whenever it just prints ]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] without me doing anything. It is driving me crazy. Does anyone have same issue and how did you resolve it?

- Answer Probably needs a new battery if the unit isn’t over a year old I myself had to throw a wireless keyboard and mouse away that was probably two to three ears old mine started moving the mouse everywhere so I replaced battery no help replaced. Keyboard and mouse and it’s working great
