QuestionDoes this laptop already come with Microsoft word, Microsoft doc, PowerPoint and etc with it or do I need to purchase something separately? Thanks!

- Answer Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other software are part of a software suite known as Microsoft Office. Microsoft now offers this as Microsoft Office 365 which is a subscription based license that allows you to access the software from the Cloud (so you can get to it from any computer) as well as have a limited number of copies of the programs installed locally on your computer(s) and everything is automatically kept in sync between your local computer(s) and the Cloud. The computer itself comes with a link to access a free trial version but you must sign up/purchase a subscription to Office 365 separately to license it. So in short, the answer is no, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and many other programs that are part of Office) does not come with the purchase of the computer itself. - Answer While this laptop could be used for some basic gaming, I would say no I would not recommend it for gaming. This is a laptop that is basically sealed with no ability to upgrade the components like a traditional laptop. These Surface Laptops are great and I would strongly recommend them for work & personal use. If I was going to recommend a great gaming box, I would go with something from Alienware (see recommended products attached). Cheers!

- Answer There’s a deal. They actually email you a coupon code.. I bought the laptop and didn’t get to use my coupon I didn’t realized they emailed me it. I went ahead and bought my laptop thinking the student deal would automatically apply. Was so mad, they should allow it to be automatically deducted.

- Answer No, this has a Mini DisplayPort/Thunderbolt port. You can purchase a cable for Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI or adaptor for any other output (ie. VGA, DVI, etc.). I have done this many times with great success. I run an IT department and I have ten of these devices in use with all of these output types (especially Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI). Hope this helps!
