Sticking with Windows 10S will make sure that you have plenty of RAM. But if you choose to upgrade to regular Windows 10 it becomes an issue of what you actually plan on doing. To put the power of the device into persective. I can write code on the thing, no 3d stuff, and the compiling isnt as slow as I originally though. It can also do some light photo and video editing. Gaming wise, Overwatch on Low at 800p with 30-35FPS. Performance was all within reason. If the most demanding thing that you will do on this machine is video streaming, then this has more than enough power for that.
