You can save a Word doc at a PDF in Word 2013 (which the RT comes with). As for converting that to a JPEG, MS Word does not appear to do this, but it has any options of file formats to save to, many of which are Web-friendly (see picture of "Save As" file types). There is always the option of doing a screen capture, which converts to a JPEG. You do this by holding down the Windows Icon Button then pushing the down volume button (while still holding down the Windows Button). Hope this helps
