Hello Anonymous Thanks for your post. Surface RT supports apps downloaded through the Windows App Store. If there is an app available for those programs, then yes, it will work with Surface RT. You can view all apps currently available in the Windows Store on any device running Windows RT. Best regards

Like for instance I have usaa and they don't have an app but that's because they don't think there is a market for it when they are wrong. Every computer you can buy in a store has windows 8 just about. So really depends on your bank, get online and check Microsoft store then you'll know for sure
