The Surface RT includes a pre-installed version of Adobe Flash Player. This functionality is also included in Internet Explorer 10, so no additional app or download is necessary.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to get through about 6 updates and then the flash started working. Go to start, settings, change pc settings, update and keep checking and installing until all updates have been installed. Microsoft wasn't going to allow flash video initially,, flash became available after the launch of the Surface.
