• Unfortunately no cause this uses a ARM processor

• Sorry, but Windows RT cannot be upgraded to any other version. It is meant as a scaled down version of Windows for tablets. I have used it for a year on my Surface RT and use it daily. If you need access to non-Store applications you can use Remote Desktop to access your full Windows PC. It works really well.
