Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Windows RT only runs programs from the Windows Store, and can't install desktop programs the normal way, so Firefox isn't available. As tablets go though, Internet Explorer is...well, a real web browser with real Flash, as compared to an iPad or Android device with more limited browsers and no Flash. But if you want to be able to install ANY real browser you'd want a full Windows 8 tablet, like Surface Pro.
