No. Windows RT only runs programs from the Windows Store, and can't install desktop programs the normal way, so Firefox isn't available. As tablets go though, Internet Explorer is...well, a real web browser with real Flash, as compared to an iPad or Android device with more limited browsers and no Flash. But if you want to be able to install ANY real browser you'd want a full Windows 8 tablet, like Surface Pro.

I personally HATE Firefox -it has jammed up my laptops every time- so do not know but ask the same question in your browser search and you will get the answer. If it can be done, you will also get the 'how to install' answer as well
