“Does the Surface Book 2 use the same charger as the Surface Pro 4?”

I had the surface pro 4 and had to buy a new charger for it and I loved how long the cord was (6ft). When I got the surface book 2, I was at school and forgot the charger it came with at home but had my old surface pro 4 cord and it worked perfectly for me.

If my surface book starts working to hard it can't keep up with it though and discharges... though I still get an extended time out of the laptop in dire situations.
