I just "chatted" a representative at Microsoft and they said "no". The pen costs $99.99. There is a 10% discount for "Students, parents, and teachers, plus military personnel (active, former and retired) and their families save 10% on select products from Microsoft Store" on the computer and pen and other MS products. Best Buy - will you match that?
