Windows 10 Pro can be upgraded and I did that with Geek squad. It does not void warranty. I do not believe it will come preloaded. Mine did not.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As I was told by one of their staff, if you buy protection plan, and later on you come to upgrade your device to newer generation, you will only pay the difference on the price of each product. For transferring all data, they will not do. As a result, save all necessary things from your laptop to a separated memory such as flash drive or any other type of hard drive before you go for a upgrade.

What you can do though is simply use a windows 8 pro or 8.1 pro key to upgrade the os to 10 pro. (That's what I did) Your other option is log in to the microsoft store and just buy a new key for pro. As for warranty, that's going to be on the hardware, not the software.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The only way to pre-order it with Windows 10 Pro is to order directly from Microsoft (I believe). I purchase several Surface computers every quarter and as soon as I receive them, I open the Microsoft store app and upgrade them from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Pro. It does not affect the warranty or protection plan by upgrading the operating system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't have to pre-loaded - just purchase license for Pro version and insert new key using settings. Windows system will take care for the update. I do't think this will impact your warranty since both products are from Microsoft and ...you can always revert it. I prefer Pro version over Home.
