yes it has Windows 10S as the "start up" operating system, which uses less resources and restricts the user to apps and software from the Microsoft Store. IF you want to switch to the full W10 with no restrictions on what you can install and run, then you can "switch" in just a few minutes at no cost and the Go2 will open up the full Windows 10 Home 64-bit system. It's all there to begin with, so all you have to do is give the Go2 permission to run the full W10 system, there is nothing to download other than a trip to the Microsoft Store to install the "app" that allows you to open up the full W10 system. hope that helps stay safe!
