Yes, by default this comes in Safe mode. You can switch it out to standard but not back to safe mode.

Please try again later.The S mode is the default setting and you can change to the regular windows 10, which I did, but you can never change back once you leave the S mode. I googled up how to make the switch and there were clear directions. Be careful to research which of the two modes can run the adobe apps you want to use given the inability to switch back to S mode once you leave.
