This answer is late in coming, but I am using it with Windows 10 home version 1903. (I don't need pro on this system.) As far as Windows 10 goes, it is just another keyboard.

This tablet runs windows, but as far as I know Microsoft has the surface pro and go and each one can use these keyboards not necessarily interchangeably. They each are different sizes but same design.
