“I just received my Surface Headphones 2. I've noticed the sound on the left headphone is louder/more clear than the right headphone. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? (ive already turned it off/on, disconnected/reconnected, and searched for updates)”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had an issue with my Microsoft Surface 2 Headphones before but this time the left side failed to work after only a week of use. It may be due to a manufacturing error that is causing both of us issues with the left side. But other than that, I traded it in for a Sony WH-1000XM4 and am a lot happier with those headphones.
