Great question! Surface Headphones 2 are not Teams certified. In order to have a synchronized “mute” between the Headphones and Teams, it is necessary to have a Teams Certification. To have a Teams Certification you will need to have a USB dongle that connects to your PC. This dongle enables this type of capabilities.
