• No HDMI port. There is an optional docking station you can add for that (I did). Bluetooth connectivity yes. CD/Blue ray can be added externally with an adapter but are not native.

• Thank you for your questions. No, Surface Laptop 4 does not have an HDMI port, if offers one USB-C and one USB-A port. It also supports accessories that are compatible with Bluetooth 5.0, however it does not have an optical drive.
