QuestionGrandson went to pick out a computer. Liked this one but they are saying that the keyboard felt like a suede texture or felt like. There was no one to talk to. Can you let me know the material that the keyboard is made of and is it really suede like?

- Answer The keyboard's plate is made of a synthetic microfiber poly material called "Alcantara", it looks and feels like suede but isn't. It is more moisture resistant. Best Buy associates tell you it is stain-resistant, but it isn't. The oils from wrists and palms will build up so the material will need to be cleaned every now and again, you can purchase a special cleaner for this material from Amazon.

QuestionDoes this have a full size keyboard like the 15.6" laptops or do I need to get a larger model for that? I know it won't have a numeric keypad.

QuestionI purchased a Microsoft Surface pro yesterday for full price of 999.99. When I had looked at in on-line the day before purchase date, it was around $836. Today I look at it on-line and it is $811. Can I get a refund for some of the difference or return?
