• Yes with the use of a multi-adapter for surface. Actually any multi adaptor with 2 (depending on the number of monitors you’re using) HDMI connections. I’m currently using two HP monitors with my surface laptop. Works great.

• Yes, with an adapter like the $199.00 Surface adapter, that has additional USB-C and USB-A ports and Internet RJ-45 connector and ability to run dual external monitors.
