Thank you for asking! Yes, Xbox Game Pass for PC and Steam may be used on Surface Laptop Go, however it may not meet the requirements to run all games available through those services.

Yes you can. I personally use both Steam and Xbox on mine. I do suggest going for at least 8gigs of RAM though if you want to game on it. I just recently bought this laptop with 8gigs ram and have been playing Subnautica: Below Zero on Steam alot.
