• A:Answer It is basically like a Safe mode where the only apps and programs that are able to be downloaded can only come from the Microsoft Store in order to guarantee authenticity and safety for the computer. It is extremely fast and easy to disable (if you want) and have the regular Win10 OS running, but you cannot go back into S mode once it is disabled. It took me about 4 clicks and under 3 minutes to disable it on mine.

Q: QuestionMy charging cord is always falling out. I'll knock it with my arm and it falls out effortlessly. It's almost like it's not deep enough and the chargers magnet is not strong enough. Is there a solution to this? It still charges fine, just falls out a lot!

• A:Answer I certainly think a college student could make good use of this laptop. It's small light, easily fits in a backpack and is powerful enough to do most applications. If you're looking for a windows-based machine, this is excellent, I also liked the touch screen for jotting notes and drawing.

• A:Answer Yes, in under 3 minutes. The option to do so is in Settings which will send you to the page on the Windows Store where you'll just simply download the tiny file and once that completely downloads (which is almost instant) your computer will be out of S mode and running full Windows 10.
