• I am optimistic that I just have a lemon, but I've had 3 instances in a week (and having only been using the machine for 2) where I'm on zoom meetings and my screen goes black with white lines flashing/scrolling. I have no means of making it stop or using any of the on screen features. Extremely frustrating. And now I have to find time to take it back to the Geek Squad for them to look at it!
