“Anyone experience sound quality issues with this device? I want to love the device, but the speakers are very distorted, echo, and just very off putting. I've tried everything, and even tried a Google search. Maybe I just got a bad unit?”

• It may be your unit , did you adjust setting for bass - treble ?? That may help
