Is this pen magnetic. How is it meant to attach to the Surface Pro. I had an old pen that would fall out of the stupid little taped on Pen sleeve if I didn't carry if with the Pen Clip in the top position, I don't see a Pen clip on this one. null

The pen is identical to the earlier versions with these improvements, 
-removed the pen clip

It does not come with a clip. It magnets to the side of the computer and the magnet is not very strong. You can buy a pen clip separately though.
