Does this work with a dell Inspiron 13 7000 2 in 1? null

Have only used it on my surface but my research is that whilst most pens work to some degree on most tablets or 2 in ones only the specific pen for your make/brand unlock all the feature from that manufacturer. So many features may not work like the manufacturer designed.
