• They 256gb and 512gb sizes include 8gb of RAM, while the 64gb and 128gb include 4gb.

• I am seeing that this tablet would not be able to be ordered with more than 4GB of RAM.

• The 256 and 512GB versions of Surface 2 ship with 8GB RAM. The smaller capacities use 4GB.
