• Hello there, Yes, the Surface Pro 2 has the ability to connect to the internet via WIFI, connect to devices via Bluetooth, able to connect to the internet with a cable via the Surface Ethernet adapter and is able to display a split screen for better multitasking. I hope this was helpful to you.

• Yes, Yes, Cable for WiFi? Of course no, Cable for Bluetooth? Again no but will support VGA or HDMI for a second screen or TV and works well.
