• Hello there, The Surface Pro 3 has a 12-inch screen display with 2160 x 1440 resolution and a 3:2 aspect ratio. I hope this was helpful to you.

• It's tough to compare it to an iPad because it doesn't have the large home screen and icons to use. It's just like a laptop as it runs Windows 8.1. It is wide screen so you can fit more on this screen than you would an iPad.
