- Answer Regular 10. Windows 10 S is a "lite" version and it doesn't allow a ton of third-party apps to be installed, like Chrome. You can install Chrome on the SP7.

- Answer It will support charging in a pinch, but it will charge much faster through the included charger in the Surface Connect port. If you have a USBC male to male cord, you can charge your phone reasonably fast through the USBC port, I have found.

- Answer The lowest priced Surface uses an I3 processor and 4Gb of RAM. That is the bare minimum for Windows. Performance will suffer, but it is usable.
