Yes. My Surface Pro as well as my keyboard are matte black. I actually purchased my keyboard (cover) separately when I purchased my Surface Pro.

There is a black keyboard to match. Like all of them they are covered in soft finish that's not shiny. There is a model with or without a fingerprint reader. Personally, I like the fingerprint reader. I use the facial recognition to sign into the device with a standard user account (no one should run their normal login as Admin. That's how you get viruses) and I have an Administrator account set with the fingerprint reader. That way when I want to install something and Windows prompts for authorization I can just touch the reader and keeps things going. Also, if malware or something wants to install when the prompt comes up I can just hit cancel and no harm is done. Sorry, to get off topic but maybe that bit of advice is helpful as to which cover to get. Either way the all black solution does look great.

The standard NOT Signature type color only comes in matte black, and matches the matte black of the Surface. The Pen and Arc Mouse also come in black
