Awesome color and function

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.When my original red Microsoft Surface keyboard died after 2+ years and saw the newer keyboards (still included red), I feared they would not fit my original version of the Surface Pro. Nothing to fear - it fit and functions beautifully. The platinum color provided a professional look to my silver Surface. Like my first keyboard, typing is effortless and smooth. I am a mouse person and also love the Arc mouse (took a little getting used to but we are one now). Of all the laptops I have owned, I will purchase another Microsoft Surface Pro when needed (a small piece of me hoped that a new purchase would be needed this time, but time can only make this product better). Go Pro!

Handy Dandy Surface Pro Keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed.Works perfectly with my Surface pro 7, handy light up in the dark feature, print screen takes instant page picture is handy. Better would be, included with purchase of the Surface Pro, but alas a few bucks to complete my Surface Pro 7 is worth the investment.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Great keyboard that is not flimsy at all. It's connects with magnets and is very sturdy. Stronger than what I imagined. Excellent touch response and uses power from surface making it convenient with less wiring.

Totally not worth the money!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed.I purchased this and it never worked like the original keyboard. Sometimes it would connect and sometimes not. This keyboard was inconsistent and cheap. Finally while trying to detach to clean, it totally came apart. This is so discouraging, I only had it a year.

- A:Answer The Surface Pro Type Cover is compatible specifically with Surface devices including the Surface Pro, Surface Pro 4 and the Surface Pro 3. It is not compatible with iPad devices. Keep in mind that this keyboard is compatible with Mac, however this keyboard was built specifically with Microsoft Surface devices in mind.

- A:Answer No, save yourself the time lol you have to order the signature keyboard with slim pen 2 those are specially made for the x and 8. I bought this and it’s doesn’t even connect to the surface it’s an older version. Returned the next day
