“Our agency has surface pro 5's. Will this keyboard when connected to the surface pro charge along with the surface pro or does it require separate charging cords/time? We have someone who broke their keyboard and we are trying to find an exact replacement”

• Great question. Surface Pro Signature Type Covers do not require charging. Once you click it into place, it is ready to use with your Surface Pro.

• It will charge along with the Surface Pro when connected and does not require a separate charging cable. Actually it doesn’t even come with a charging cable.
