Q: QuestionIs this new? Does it come in an unopened box? What are the actual specs? Most of them are listed as 0. Consumers need this information.

• A:Answer This product is new and is available in an unopened box. The thing to note about this product though is that this is only a keyboard and pen. This does not include a screen, CPU, disk drives, or storage. The specs page lists screen resolution but there is no screen with this package. It is made as a companion product for the Surface Pro X. So you will still need the Surface Pro X (not included) for this product to be used. The product comes with the keyboard and pen. It is 8.9 inches x 11.38 inches x 0.19 inches. There is no battery in it as it is powered by the Surface Pro X. Also is does not connect to the system via Bluetooth. There is an actual connection made from the keyboard to the Surface Pro X.

Q: QuestionI know the keyboard attaches magnetically to the bottom of the screen. When attached to the Surface Pro X, does the keyboard stay flush to the screen if held upside down like with magnets or something? Or will the keyboard flip open and drop the pen?

If you are looking for a small portable computer, the Surface tablet with one of the attachable keyboards is an excellent choice. It does everything a laptop will do. • A:Answer No, Surface x is more beautiful than pro, but carry the ARM processor! This processor is just fine for microsoft office and browsing, if you have special program may not working properly on this type of processor! It has Windows OZ, but special one that compiled for ARM processor.

• A:Answer I purchased one of these keyboards with a new Surface ProX two weeks ago and have had no problems with it whatsoever. I like the fact that the pen is tucked away, rather than being attached to the side of the keyboard, as my old one was.
